The deposit goes towards your service! โขFORMS: All forms are to be filled out prior to your appointment! If not I will not accept your appointment and you will be turned away. โขPREP: Please come to your appointment with clean lashes & skin! Treat your lash appointment like itโs apart of your everything shower routine! (I offer free lash baths with all services.) โขARRIVAL: Please arrive on time! Due to back to back clients, I have a 10 MINUTE grace period. Failure to arrive on time or inbetween the grace period results in being charged a $15 late fee, and anytime after 10 minutes will result in loss of appointment & 50% of the service fee. (Unless communicated with me prior, I understand things happen!) โขCANCELLATIONS: A last minute cancellation (24HOURS OR LESS) results in being charged 50% of the service fee. No call no shows will result in being charged 100% of the service fee. โขNo extra guests. (Unless communicated with me prior) โขFills require 40-45% or more lashes. Anything less is considered a fullset. โขWear comfy clothes โขPlease no low/high buns or High Ponytails! Once agreeing to book with me, you are agreeing to the policies of LashedByMLLC.
